Training sessions are available Monday-Friday between 4:30 am – 6:00 pm and includes Speed Training, Agility, Reaction, Strength, and Quickness but programs are tailored to your needs.

HIT Afternoon Classes

Monday & Wednesday: 3:30pm / 4:30pm / 5:30pm

Sunday: 4:00pm

Fusion Classes

Monday:  8:30 am / 12:15 pm

Tuesday: 8:30am

Wednesday: 8:30am / 12:15 pm

Cycle Classes

Monday:  6:15 pm
