Training sessions are available Monday-Friday between 4:30 am – 6:00 pm and includes Speed Training, Agility, Reaction, Strength, and Quickness but programs are tailored to your needs.

Tuesday: 5:00am / 6:00 am / 8:30 am / 11:30am
Wednesday: 5:00am / 6:00 am / 8:30am / 11:30 am
Thursday: 5:00am / 6:00am/ 8:30 am / 11:30am
Friday: 5:00am / 6:00 am / 8:30am / 10:30am

Saturday: 8:00am

HIT Afternoon Classes

Monday – Thursday: 3:30pm / 4:30pm / 5:30pm
