My passion began through personal hard work, dedication and physical training as a collegiate athlete in both football and track. It is at the University of Louisiana at Monroe that I earned a two-time title as the Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year as well as, remaining record holder of the 40-yard dash. I majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Business, graduating in 2003. Born from my personal successes, I decided to dedicate my life to assisting others in achieving their goals and a healthy lifestyle change.

My professional training career began at the Tom Shaw Sports Performance Center located in Kenner, Louisiana where I trained high school, collegiate and professional athletes. When a once in a lifetime opportunity arose in 2004, I became a Speed and Conditioning Strength Coach for the New Orleans Saints. During my three years of training professional athletes such as Reggie Bush, Deuce McAllister, and Drew Brees, I had many great learning experiences assisting NFL athletes to achieve their goals.

After the NFL, I became the Director of the Performance Institute assisting Tom Shaw at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida. It was here I trained world-class soccer, tennis and golf athletes. During that same time, I instructed at Wide World of Sports in Orlando where combine athletes such as Jacob Hester, Chris Johnson, Matt Flynn and others as they trained for their NFL career.

In 2008, I was given an opportunity to come back home as a Physical Trainer, working with everyday individuals looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle in Lafayette. From this opportunity, I formed H.I.T., LLC, the fastest growing high-intensity class in Acadiana.

In October 2012, I opened my own facility located at 2100 Verot School Road. This facility will enable me to take my clients to a whole new level in their fitness endeavors.

Mallory Faul

I was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana and moved to Lafayette when I began taking classes at ULL. I married my incredible husband, Eric, right after I finished college and then I taught Preschool for 5 years before becoming a stay-at-home Mom to care for our two sons. While I was very grateful to have some time off of work, I found myself getting lost in all of the adventures that motherhood entails. During that time, I started taking Barre classes at a local studio and completely fell in love with the philosophy and alignment principles in those classes. I’ve now been teaching Barre classes for nearly 4 years and truly feel like I found my calling. It brings me so much joy to help clients on their journeys to becoming the best versions of themselves.

When I’m not teaching or taking class, you can find me cheering on our boys at their various sporting events or kicking back with a glass of Pinot Noir on our patio.
