Wednesday: 5:00am / 6:00 am / 8:30am / 11:30 am
Thursday: 5:00am / 6:00am/ 8:30 am / 11:30am
Friday: 5:00am / 6:00 am / 8:30am / 11:30am
Monday – Thursday: 3:30pm / 4:30pm / 5:30pm
Sunday HIT at 4:00pm
Tuesday & Friday Strength Training at 12:15p
